Shinta Mani Angkor is an eclectic and contemporary boutique hotel created by acclaimed architect Bill Bensley.

The 39 elegant rooms are compact but extremely comfortable with simple Ankorian-inspired design using striking black and white colour schemes. Some rooms offer outdoor space in the form of either a balcony overlooking the pool, courtyard or small patio. The long, narrow pool with a waterfall feature provides a cool oasis to relax in, as well as a lovely spa and restaurant with swing seat dining.

Activities

There is loads to do in and around Siem Reap. Away from the temples at Angkor, it is possible to venture into the countryside by ox cart or learn the art of Khmer winemaking. A wonderful addition to any trip is the chance to learn more about the Shinta Mani Foundation; visit one of their organic farms or a local village to see some of the foundations home building and well digging projects in person.

Sustainability

USD$5 of each night booking at the hotel goes towards the Shinta Mani Foundation. A registered local NGO (Non-Government Organization), the Shinta Mani Foundation focusses on contributing to three core areas within the local community: education, small business start-ups and healthcare.
