A small luxury safari lodge, Dulini is located in the western sector of the Sabi Sand Reserve which borders the Kruger National Park. A quiet retreat, Dulini rests under a leafy canopy of ebony trees on the banks of the dry Mabrak River with views across the riverbed and bushveld.
Dulini has six spacious stone cottages with huge windows effortlessly merging the indoors with surrounding bushweld and the private plunge pools. The lounge and sitting room offer a range of literature and flow out to the deck also used for outdoor dining. There is a boma for starlit dinners, a well-stocked wine cellar (also a private dining venue), a curio shop and in-room massages (additional cost).
At Dulini games drives are offered in the morning and the afternoon. Interpretive guided bush walks, excellent for birdwatching, are available on request.
Why we like it
Dulini is small, privately owned and run with great attention to detail. A great camp from which to view the prolific game in the area.
