City

With just a short flight but a huge change of scene, a few days away in a buzzing city can be a thoroughly revitalising experience.

City breaks may seem simple to organise but with just a short amount of time to play with, meticulous planning is required if you are to get the most out of your break away. Having been organising holidays since 1989, we have great contacts who can find us rooms in hotels and tables in restaurants when, on face value, it would seem there are none.

Explore galleries such as the famous Hermitage in St Petersburg, treat yourself to a romantic dinner at a Michelin star restaurant in Rome or get the senses buzzing at a Spanish market or Moroccan souq.

Europe’s beautiful cities are perfect for a long weekend getaway offering numerous interesting things to see and do. From St Petersburg’s exquisite galleries and museums, Seville’s Renaissance/neo-Moorish style buildings, Rome’s sumptuous Michelin star restaurants, or get the senses buzzing exploring Marrakech’s famous Souq’s and bazaars.

Seville

Seville or Sevilla as the locals know it is a captivating city by day and tremendously atmospheric at night. Visiting some of the city’s historical monuments and grand palaces or just sitting in a bar with a selection of tapas, sipping a cold glass of sangria and watching the world go by, this is a city with a large array on offer for travellers. The old Jewish quarter, Barrio Santa Cruz, is a myriad of cobbled backstreets, lined with traditional tapas bars and restaurants often opening out onto a small plaza draped with colourful bougainvillaea where locals come to sit under the shade of an orange tree.
