Thai Pork Mince

Method

1. If cooking rice do this first and set aside while cooking everything else.
2. Prep the veg – chop the chilli and shallot, halve the beans and thinly slice the spring onions.
3. Stir fry the green beans in a splash of oil for around three minutes then set aside.
4. Fry of the pork mince until cooked and no longer pink.
5. Add the shallot, garlic, spring onion and chilli to the mince, cook for a further three minutes.
6. Add the green beans to the mince and stir in the ketjap manis and soy sauce.
7. Remove the pan from the heat and add the Thai basil.

Serve with rice. Yum.
