Sue's in-depth knowledge of Antarctica, the route options and each of the vessels was invaluable in our preparation for the trip and was a strong differentiator when we were choosing a travel agent. When talking with Sue, we quickly got an honest perspective.

From the Northern Lights to meeting Innuits, Sue put together a trip that exceeded all our expectations. She was the most knowledgeable of anyone we spoke to about Greenland, and we could tell she knew things that only come from personal travels.

Sue let me know that Steppes had been arranging voyages to the Russian Arctic since the 1980’s, and their experience was evident. What a trip!

Sue knew how important it was to me to spot polar bears and did everything she could to ensure we had the best chances possible. We were even lucky enough to see Arctic foxes and walruses.
