The Inn at English Harbour is ideally located between undulating slopes, along the English Harbour coastline on the southwestern tip of Antigua.

It’s positioned on both a beautiful wooded headland, which stands guard to the entrance of historic English Harbour and on Freeman’s Bay, a fine white sandy beach, considered one of Antigua’s most picturesque locations.

The hotel offers a sense of privacy and seclusion and has its own white sandy beach, including its own private jetty. The 28 rooms that comprise of deluxe suites, beach cabanas and junior suites are among some of the best in the Caribbean and a choice of dining options serve excellent cuisine.

No need to interrupt watching the array of boats bobbing on the turquoise waters a few steps away, as chilled drinks, fresh fruit and clean towels are brought to your lounger, pool or beach-side, as required.

Activities

A stay at The Inn at English Harbour gives guests access to a wide range of activities including tennis, golf and yachting. There is scuba diving, kayaking and snorkelling as well as water-skiing and deep-sea fishing. Golf can be organised at the Cedar Valley course which is around 40 minutes away by road.

Sustainability

The Inn at English Harbour are always looking for ways to improve their sustainability, from growing their own salads, herbs and spices to purchasing local produce and ensuring that all food waste goes to a local pig farm. All guests are given a refillable bottle on arrival and with water stations throughout the hotel the use of plastic is reduced. Almost all of the staff at the hotel are from the local Antiguan community.

Set in 19 acres of a national park on the southern tip of Antigua, The Inn at English Harbour is located 35 minutes from the airport and about 40 minutes from the capital St Johns. A frequent speedboat service takes five minutes to Nelson’s Dockyard.
