Sustainability

Silversands Grenada sources the majority of fruits and vegetables for their restaurants through the Grenada Network of Rural Women Producers. This provides a direct benefit to the women growers on the island. Not only this but they have their own nursery of supplemental ingredients that are sustainable, lessening imports thus limiting their carbon footprint.
