Short Breaks

With just a short flight but a huge change of scene, a few days away in a buzzing city can be a thoroughly revitalising experience. Explore galleries such as the famous Hermitage in St Petersburg, treat yourself to a romantic dinner at a Michelin star restaurant in Rome or get the senses buzzing at a Spanish market or Moroccan souq.

However, a short break can also incorporate further afield - a long weekend in the Masai Mara, Kenya or the northern lights in Iceland.  Whatever crazy ideas you might have - talk to us - we love to put together a short break that goes beyond the ordinary.

The Steppes office most recent team outing was a weekend in Istanbul cruising the Bosphorus and learning how to cook authentic Turkish food – we highly recommend it.

Short Breaks

A Short Sojourn in Iceland

Lose yourself in the tundra. Dashing along, kick up snow on snow mobiles. Then, stretch out your arms and legs and defrost your frigid toes in the steaming, hot springs.

Masai Mara Short Break

Lions, zebras, elephants, leopards and buffaloes all roam the wild space. A seven-day holiday in Masai Mara is all about the wildlife. Leap out of work, onto the plane and into a safari jeep.

Masai Mara

A Short Break in Jerusalem

The Jewish, Muslim, Christian and Armenian quarters enclose such hallowed ground as the Temple Mount and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre where Jesus was supposedly crucified and entombed before the Resurrection. These sites sit amongst a noodlescent tangle of market-filled streets to be explored by bike or on foot from your base at a stylish boutique hotel.
