Wherever you are in the world, join us at 18:00 GMT on 26th November as Durrell premiere their lecture on Facebook and their YouTube channel. This year their speakers will include Dr Lesley Dickie, CEO of Durrell and Prof Carl Jones MBE, Durrell’s Chief Scientist.
This year’s theme is #ThePowerOfOne focusing on the positive impact we can all have as individuals if we take vital action to look after our one and only home: Planet Earth. Prof Carl Jones will tell his unique and inspiring story of how he has saved endangered species from extinction when they were thought to be ‘unsaveable’ but despite the odds being against him, has never given up.
