Will the price of my holiday be affected?

Once you book with us, the cost of your holiday is guaranteed to stay the same, with no hidden surcharges or extras – so you’re completely protected from currency fluctuations.

Will my flights be affected?

The UK and EU governments have confirmed that flights will still operate between the UK and EU countries. For added peace of mind, we are ATOL-protected, so your holiday is financially protected.

How else might my travel be affected?

Passports

The UK government has advised that all passports will need to be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.

GBP

If you have any insight into this please let me know. However, the consensus seems to be that if a good deal is signed, sterling will strengthen, if not, it seems likely to remain depressed.

Health protection

The European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) gives us free or reduced-cost treatment in other EU countries. The UK government has signalled an intention to keep the scheme – or a similar one – going.

Roaming charges

We won’t be entitled to free roaming after Brexit.

Less protection

Your holiday is protected in UK law under the EU Package Travel Regulations of 1992. It seems unlikely that the UK Government will want to water them down, although they will, of course, be free to do so.

Driving

This is entirely dependent whether a deal is struck and what sort of deal that is. However, in the event of no-deal being agreed, UK drivers may require additional documentation to their UK driving licence such as an International Driving Permit.
