The best time to Uganda

The best time to visit Uganda is in the dry seasons. Since a large number of people are heading to Uganda for the primate trekking going in the dry season reduces the chance of it being slippery underfoot while on your trek. There are two dry seasons from December to February and between June and August, with the latter being the more popular.

Being on the equator the temperatures are fairly constant between 24 and 30ºC throughout the year, so it is possible to have a great experience at any time during the year.
