The entire resort and its 14 luxurious villas are powered by solar and renewable energy, and the organic farm is the source for fresh produce and dairy products used to make all meals. For even more adventure consider staying at the Pavilions Lake View tented eco-resort on the opposite side of Phewa Lake.

Facilities

The Pavilions Himalayas, The Farm features four types of eco-friendly villas. Each villa offers spectacular views of the peaceful natural landscape, including the majestic Annapurna mountains and the forested hills. All the spacious villas showcase a classic Nepalese design in a rustic setting with the modern comforts of home. There are eight Lake View Tented Villas with glorious views over Lake Phewa in the valley below.

Activities

Whether you are looking to relax and unwind after a hike or trek in the Annapurna Mountain Range or are seeking a base for day long adventures in and around Pokhara, the Pavilions Himalayas, The Farm offers a range of activities. From the property, you can join cooking classes, farm and village visits, bird watching, or indulge with spa and yoga. Off-site you can visit Pokhara town, go boating on the lake, mountain biking, trekking and hiking.

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge £££££

Nepal

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge has a gorgeous location, on a hilltop ridge more than 1000 feet above the Pokhara Valley. The infinity pool has a surreal view of the Annapurna and Machapuchare range. Rooms are spacious and arranged around the hilltop in individual hand-cut stone bungalows. Each has its own garden, private veranda, and adjoining bathroom. A well-kept vegetable garden provides some excellent food, served at mealtimes by excellent well-trained staff.

Mala Lodge £££££

Cradled in the lap of the Annapurna lowlands amongst rice terraces and a quaint beekeeping village, Mala Lodge is a sanctuary, next to which the Machhapuchhre Mountain looms tall. Reached by a climb up from Lumle, of under two hours, the Gurkha village of Majgaun offers a remote spot with breath-taking views. A new arrival on the Ker & Downey trekking circuit, Mala Lodge provides a stunning location to break a trek, offering a warm bed, down pillows and hot showers at the end of the day.
