Set in a verdant nature reserve of 54 acres, Villa Samadhi is a charming low rise building that was once an army garrison. Now a boutique hotel of 20 rooms, it has retained its 1920’s colonial feel with original shutters, black and white colour scheme and antique furniture showcasing the owner’s journeys through Asia. Each room features recycled timber with high ceilings and wide verandas, and some have private plunge pools or wooden soaking tubs.
