With 28 individually styled rooms and suites, surrounded by tree-filled courtyards and a wonderful rooftop terrace. The historical architecture has hideaway nooks and terraces, perfect for chilling out after walking the short five minutes from the Djemaa el Fna square and souk.
Owned by Richard Branson’s sister, Vanessa, it makes for a lovely combination with Kasbah Tamadot. The riad is particularly good for families, in a central location with two great swimming pools and a rooftop plunge pool.
The rooms and suites are in the main riad, including a fabulous two or three bedroomed suite well set up for families. The annexe rooms are located in the adjoining riad, less than a minute from the hotel. Expect polished lime plastering, original tiles and carved cedar ceilings, complemented by retro furniture. El Fenn is also one of the few riads in the medina with a swimming pool. Meals are served on the rooftop terrace, and you can order food any time of the day and eat anywhere you please.
