Cavas Wine Lodge

Cradled in the foothills of the majestic Andes within a private 55-acre vineyard, Cavas Wine Lodge is an elegant boutique property that benefits from the tranquillity of this idyllic wine-growing region.

With an interior that delicately balances lavish chandeliers and plush fabrics with cosy fireplaces and carved wood furnishings, the lodge features a frescoed restaurant that serves seasonal locally-inspired dishes made from organically grown and ecologically sound ingredients.

Each of its 14 superb adobe-style houses are encompassed by vineyards and feature private plunge pools, al fresco showers, wood-burning fireplaces and spa-style bathrooms. Three large one-bedroom and two-bedroom villas offer the additions of private hot tubs, expansive living rooms and substantial terraces.

The chic property, designed by renowned Argentinean architects González Pondal and Malenchini, features an extensive wine cellar with more than 250 varieties harvested from the region, a spa with sauna and jacuzzi, and a gym.
