Brasada Ranch

Born from a genuine love of the land, Brasada Ranch is a 1,800-acre resort in central Oregon that looks out on to breath-taking, uninterrupted and panoramic views of the Cascade Mountains.

Its intimate, boutique-style rooms have been decorated in harmony with the surrounding nature, and some include private firepits and hot tubs.

Boasting strong relationships with an array of local farmers and producers, Brasada Ranch offers three dining options that all echo the farm-to-table philosophy instilled by the Chef, who drives daily to his pick of farms, ranches, markets and wineries to select the freshest and most inspiring produce. One of the main draws to Brasada Ranch is its horseback riding and equestrian centre.

Home to some of the best horseback riding in Oregon, there are more than 900 acres of trails to discover. The ranch also has its own golf course, a cosy treatment spa with steam rooms, a fitness centre, an outdoor pool (with a water slide!), two indoor pools and five hot tubs.
