Bay of Many Coves is an elegant waterfront retreat, nestled within 52 hectares of native bush, on the shores of a hidden cove, deep in the Marlborough Sounds. The 11 contemporary bungalow apartments blend effortlessly with their surroundings, all with views across the aquamarine bay.

Facilities include a small heated outdoor pool plus a day spa as well as a wonderful restaurant serving fresh seasonal produce with award-winning wines from the region.

Activities

Take to the water by kayak or paddleboard in search of dolphins or head to Motuara Island, a predator-free bird sanctuary where it is possible to see penguins and kiwi as well as a wealth of other birdlife.

Walking trails around the property lead to hidden waterfalls and are lined with glow worms by night. For a longer trek Bay of Many Coves is well located to walk part or all of the Queen Charlotte Track.
