• Vouchers can only be used in payment towards the full balance.
  • Vouchers can only pay for 10% of the total balance for bookings up to a value of £5,000. For bookings with a value greater than £5,000, vouchers can pay for up to 20% of the total balance.
  • Vouchers cannot be used towards the deposit.
  • Vouchers cannot be used as payment for flights.
  • Only one voucher recipient per household
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
