Kamila Erkaboyeva

Kamila Erkaboyeva is a British-Uzbek creative director, cultural strategist and tourism consultant whose work centres on the heritage, stories and living traditions of Central Asia, particularly Uzbekistan. Born in Tashkent and raised in London, she has built her career around connecting people with the region through tourism, design, food, fashion and the arts. Based in London, she works with tourism organisations, cultural institutions and creative communities to develop authentic experiences that celebrate Central Asia’s rich heritage.

As part of the creative team at Maximum Exposure, Kamila contributes to destination marketing and tourism development projects across emerging destinations. She has also collaborated with embassies, tourism boards and international organisations to showcase the cultures of Central Asia to international audiences.

With a background in interior architecture and visual communication, Kamila brings a thoughtful approach to storytelling and cultural interpretation. Her deep personal connection to Uzbekistan, combined with her professional expertise, allows her to reveal the country’s history, traditions and contemporary culture in an engaging and accessible way. She is passionate about creating meaningful encounters that help travellers gain a deeper understanding of the places they visit.
