Having worked in the travel industry for nearly 20 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to visit numerous countries, but it’s the Middle East that truly captured my heart. The region’s diverse cultures, rich history, and breathtaking landscapes continue to fascinate and inspire me. From Egypt’s awe-inspiring Abu Simbel to Jordan’s ancient city of Petra and Israel’s bustling Tel Aviv, there’s something for everyone in this incredible part of the world.
While the Middle East holds a special place in my heart, my favorite destination is undoubtedly Italy. From the captivating ruins of the South to the innovative spirit of Rome, and from the artistic masterpieces of Renaissance Florence & Siena to the idyllic vineyards of Tuscany, Italy is truly a feast for the senses. Nestled in the Tuscan countryside, my personal sanctuary is the enchanting town of San Gimignano. Surrounded by 13th-century walls, it boasts a magical skyline of medieval towers and an unforgettable atmosphere that’s best experienced during an evening stroll, followed by a delightful drink and gelato in Piazza della Cisterna.
