Sofitel Palais Jamais Fes

Built during the last century as a palace for the Jamai Family and converted into a hotel in the 1930s, the Sofitel Palais Jamais sits adjacent to the old city walls with views over the medina.

Set in terraced gardens of palms, orange and lemon trees, the hotel has 142 rooms, each decorated using a mixture of Moroccan and French styles using colourful stained glass and mosaic tiles. Some rooms have private balconies and views over the gardens, ramparts or medina.

Both Moroccan and international restaurants are available as well as an excellent heated swimming pool, hammam and tennis courts.
