HS Khaan Resort

Located midway between Ulaanbaatar and Hustai National Park, HS Khaan Resort is a luxury ger camp. The 26 individual cottages are housed in traditional, circular canvas ger structures, but with all the interior comforts of a hotel room.

Comfortable beds with mosquito nets, ensuites with porcelain bathtubs and all with panoramic views over the open steppe. Facilities include a choice of restaurants and a terrace area that makes the most of the far-reaching views.

Why we like HS Khaan Resort

The chance to experience a slice of Mongolia’s wilderness, less than an hour’s drive from Ulaanbaatar. HS Khaan Resort is also located adjacent to the site of the Naadam Festival so the perfect choice for anyone wishing to witness these annual festivities.

  • French restaurant housed in a ger
  • Terrace café overlooking the prairie

Explore the open steppe on foot or by horseback, head out for afternoon tea on the prairie, visit a nomadic family, relax with an in-room massage and end the day with a spot of stargazing

Located on the open steppe approximately 40 minutes’ drive from Chinggis Khaan International Airport and 50 minutes from the centre of Ulaanbaatar.
