Why we like it
The owners of Chable Resort & Spa have remained faithful to the original Hacienda and have retained strong links to the Mayan people and their culture. The spa is built alongside a natural underground reservoir, or cenote, which have long been revered in Mayan culture. The hotel also boasts the largest private tequila collection in the world.
