Fresh, healthy, vibrant and elegant, Japanese food ranges from the well-known sushi and sashimi to warming udon noodles and vibrant salads.
Having been bought up living in the shadow of Mount Fuji with fresh air and home-grown vegetables on her doorstep, Yuki Gomi grew up with a love of good food. A Japanese chef, food writer and cookery teacher she is now based in London.
We are delighted to be working with Yuki on a group tour to Japan, covering home-style food to the steamy street stalls of Tokyo and going behind the scenes of traditional Japanese family life. A personal and authentic story of artisan food in Japan alongside some of the classic highlights of the country, from the iconic site of Mount Fuji to the temples and cultural hub of Kyoto.
