Photographer & Co-Founder of the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards
Tom Sullam
Tom’s path to professional photography began after a degree in psychology and a decade in London, before mentorship from renowned landscape photographer Charlie Waite led him into the field. Early tours across Scotland, France and the US helped Tom hone his craft and develop his own photographic eye. After five years in Tanzania, he expanded into wildlife photography, running workshops and guiding trips. Alongside Paul Joynson Hicks, Tom co-founded the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards, an internationally celebrated competition that uses humour to inspire awareness of biodiversity and sustainability.
