Dr Arnaud Desbiez

Arnaud is a biologist and the project coordinator for the Anteaters and Highways Project. He has a PhD in Biodiversity Management from the Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology (DICE), University of Kent, UK. He has been working and living in Mato Grosso do Sul since 2002. Since 2010, he has coordinated the Giant Armadillo Conservation Programs. His main interests are conservation biology, species ecological research, and sustainable use of resources.
Arnaud and his team spend a few weeks a month at Baia das Pedras conducting research and collecting data and will be there during your stay.
