Skeleton Coast and Kunene

The Skeleton Coast was once feared for its mist and moving sandbanks and is the most northerly region of Namibia’s vast stretching coastline.

The Skeleton Coast is considered to be one of the world’s most beautiful places, with its wide belt of coastal sand dunes to the beautiful waters of the Kunene River. The region offers some of the most dramatic scenery in Namibia and makes it a perfect place for the exploratory traveller seeking adventure.
