Fly Bariloche to Mendoza
Founded in 1561, Mendoza is situated at the foot of the Andes, on the plains of the river Mendoza. This area is renowned for its intense wine cultivation, a stopping off point for travellers between Buenos Aires and Santiago in Chile and the starting point to climb Aconcagua, the highest point in the Andes. The city makes a good base for exploring the Andes to the west and has excellent restaurants, relaxing cafes, interesting museums, countless shopping opportunities and some of the finest plazas in the county.
