Villa Capalbio is an elegant summer house for families and friends alike. The house is surrounded by a landscaped garden, a pool with spectacular pool house and a stunning example of traditional Tuscan landscape stretching three hectares, still only 15 minutes away from the beach.

The owners have a particular talent for colours and the house sings summer. This is a great family-friendly property with dedicated children’s living room and games room and offering comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people.

Facilities

The Master Villa featuring six elegant double or twin bedrooms (four rooms ensuite) sleeps 12 people comfortably. The master bedroom with ensuite bath and private terrace on the upper floor looks out over the extensive gardens which provide superb al fresco dining options. The pool house offers a superb setting for Mediterranean outdoor living.

The house is fully staffed, and the garden, pool maintenance and cleaning is seamlessly taken care of. Three meals a day can be prepared on request (there is capacity to accommodate 15 people dining at the villa.)

Activities

The villa has a membership to the chic beach club found just 15 minutes away at the fashionable Ultima Spiaggia. Visit the beachfront for the freshest frittura di pesce. On another day, explore the ancient medieval village of Upper Capalbio. Charter a boat for the day in Monte Argentario and cruise along the coast. Make a short journey by car to visit Saturnia Spa, 45 minutes from the villa for a day of being pampered.
