Siena House

Siena House is much more than just a house; it’s a very special property conceived and finished at the highest level in terms of equipment, interior design, furnishing and comfort.

Houses like this are not normally offering rooms for bed and breakfast, and bed and breakfasts are not normally, houses like this.

The house offers bed and breakfast accommodation for up to 11 adults (12y+) and several children (one child per room is possible). Rooms are double with double beds, apart from the Montepulciano suite which can become a double + twin, sharing a bathroom.

The central space is a lovely cool escape, a comfy hang-out on a rainy day, and at the heart of it all when the fire is blazing in the Autumn. There’s a staircase up to an interior balcony within the tower which is a second living area. There’s a chaise up there and a table for two for long, long, views. All rooms have countryside views. All rooms have at least two windows in the bedroom area. ‘Perugia’ and ‘Cortona’ have three windows and ‘Montepulciano’ has four. Windows are large. All rooms are en suite, with Spa style bathrooms featuring lovely raw local stone and wood and great light. In all rooms, there are showers with a view under a dinner plate-sized shower head. The larger rooms ‘Cortona’ and ‘Montepulciano’ have bathtubs (also with views).

All rooms have air conditioning / flat-screen TV / DVD player (vast library). There are mosquito screens on all windows, as well as black-out shutters and external blinds for cooling without A/C. In all rooms white stone floors, whitewashed Tuscan Chestnut and Terracotta beamed ceilings, original modern paintings and contemporary Italian furniture and lighting. In all bathrooms find basic toiletries, hair dryer, shower cap, bathrobes and spa shoes. There are a lovely outdoor pool and large spacious grounds.
