Once a publishing house, every effort has been made to preserve the history of the original building, while creating a boutique hotel in a creative area of Tbilisi.

Historic features include high ceilings and warehouse-style windows, with an interior design harking back to New York in the 1930s.

Leather, velvet, reclaimed wood, handmade wallpaper and local artwork combine to create an elegant yet bohemian feel. Built over eight floors, the 125 rooms and suites are spacious and full of character.

All have views of either the city or gardens and those on the fifth floor have terraces with views over the city.

There is an excellent choice of atmospheric restaurants including New American cuisine using local Georgian ingredients. Other hotel facilities include a small gym.
