The hotel’s thirteen guestrooms are clean and fresh, yet stylish, with a crisp blue and white palate. Each has a private balcony and huge windows with beautiful sea-views towards Crab Caye. Rooms have queen size beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans along with flat-screen TVs. The restaurant at Deep Blue serves a mixture of dishes that fuse the traditions of Spain, Colombia and the Caribbean accompanied by global delicacies. Daily specials vary according to what fresh ingredients are available locally, and smaller tasting plates are offered to graze on throughout the day. The bar and restaurant deck are down to earth and relaxing, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a cocktail by moonlight.
