Located on Victoria Harbour, the Inn at Laurel Point has delightful water views from all of its rooms. Nestled on a two-hectare peninsula, the Laurel Point Inn is surrounded by the ocean and a lush Japanese garden but is still just a 10-minute walk from the city’s trendy bistros, shops, museums and art galleries.

Each of the 200 guest rooms has a delightful harbour view and a private balcony. The Cafe Laurel serves breakfast and dinner, whilst Cooks Landing Lounge is the perfect water-front venue for lunch, dinner or cocktails. In addition, there is an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and complimentary valet parking.

Why we like Inn at Laurel Point

We like Laurel Point for its location. Set away from the main drag and commercial area of the city, the peninsula is a quieter spot in a residential area, surrounded by mature gardens and colourful rhododendrons borders, with a great vantage point for the activity in the harbour. The Erickson Wing of Inn at Laurel Point hosts the newest rooms and with wonderful views.

Activities

Inn at Laurel Point is just a short walk along the harbour to Victoria’s restaurants, shops, museums and galleries and the Government building. If you can tear yourself away from watching the comings and goings of the harbour, visit the Royal BC Museum, one of Canada’s greatest cultural treasures or take a pony and trap around the tranquil park at Beacon Hill.
