The only lodge that lies within the Tambopata National Reserve, Tambopata Research Centre is one of the most remote properties in all of South America. Encompassed by pristine and soaring forests, and surrounded by spectacular wildlife, the research station turned eco-lodge is an exceptional base for even more in-depth explorations of the Amazon on foot or by boat. In keeping with the remote location, a national park entrance fee of 100 soles (approximately $40) is paid upon arrival.
