Set amid lush vegetation in a vibrant coffee-producing area, the hacienda is a traditional house of the ‘eje cafetero’ whose history dates back three centuries. The ‘tapia pisada’ walls of the first-floor date back to colonial times and are of Spanish influence, whereas the second floor is built in the style of the Antioquia colonisation.
