Belmond Hotel das Cataratas

Belmond Hotel das Cataratas is a beautifully restored, traditional Portuguese-colonial residence, just a stone’s throw away from the mighty Iguaçu Falls.

This is the only hotel located inside the Iguacu National Park and offers exclusive early morning and evening access when the park is closed to visitors. The hotel has 176 rooms and 17 suites, all with views of the falls, or gardens and forest.

The Ipe Grill serves a gaucho style BBQ and the Itaipu Restaurant spills out onto an extensive veranda and serves a blend of Brazilian and international food. Recreational facilities include a tennis court, swimming pool, children’s splash pool, spa and sun terrace. Adventure can be sought in the local national park with abseiling, rafting and nature trails.
