Journey underground to Babylonstoren’s wine cellar to savour the finest wines; start your tour in the vineyards before venturing down into the working cellar and finishing with a master tasting paired with farm-grown and handmade delicacies. Book an olive oil and balsamic vinegar tour, a garden tour or keep an eye out for available workshops.
Water-saving mechanisms are engineered into the irrigation systems at Babylonstoren and are interwoven with the everyday operations of the farm. This has reduced water consumption by 50% and exclusively comes from their own borehole source.
Perfectly situated for exploring the Cape Winelands, Babylonstoren is around 15 minutes from Paarl, 25 minutes from Franschhoek or Stellenbosch, and Cape Town is around 60-90 minutes away.
