Amanwana, meaning peaceful forest is the only resort located on Moyo and is set on a beach in a secluded cove overlooking the Flores Sea. The protected marine park offers some of the best scuba diving and snorkelling in Indonesia, and the camp’s fleet of boats can take guests to Rinca and Komodo islands.

Accommodation in 20 luxury tented suites, a jungle spa and a tented restaurant serving the local catch of the day, make Amanwana the ultimate wilderness hideaway.

Activities

Amanwana is found on Moyo Island and is reached via a 65- flight from Bali to Sumbawa. The flight operates four times a week from June to September with an additional flight in July and August. Alternatively, guests can travel by Cessna Caravan private charter to Sumbawa. From Sumbawa, it is a 40-minute speedboat transfer.
