Aman Venice

As sumptuous and romantic as the city itself Aman Venice is a 16th-century palazzo on the Grand Canal, home to museum-quality treasures including Tiepolo frescoes, gilded ceilings and centuries-old leather wall coverings.

With views to the hotel’s private garden or the Grand Canal, many of the 24 Rooms and Signature Rooms feature protected frescos and reliefs. Featuring the work of a number of Italy’s greatest artists, including the 16th-century architect Sansovino, and Tiepolo, the 18th-century painter, Aman Venice’s Rooms and Signature Rooms vary in size and configuration.

Contemporary furnishings complement authentic silk wall coverings, chandeliers, wood panelling, chinoiserie or painted ceilings, and many Suites offer Grand Canal views. Hidden up a discreet staircase on the mezzanine, the intimate, three-suite spa is a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. The Red and Yellow Dining Rooms serve Italian cuisine amid sumptuous decor, and the garden is home to a canal-side eatery.
